Our Forging Manufacturing Process

Every step is documented, measured, and traceable — ensuring consistent quality from the first billet to the final inspection report.

Material Preparation

Primary-grade billets are inspected on receipt, with full traceability against certified material records before entering production.

Heating & Forging

Billets are heated to precise temperature bands and transferred to press and hammer lines under controlled operating parameters.

Trimming & Finishing

Hot or cold trimming removes excess flash to near-net shape, followed by coining and descaling for dimensional accuracy.

Inspection & Quality Control

Every forging is subjected to dimensional, mechanical and non-destructive testing per applicable standards and customer requirements.
